• Maxwelton Application

  • Please print this application and fill it out in dark ink. It can then be physically mailed (946 Walkers Creek Road, Rockbridge Baths, VA 24473) or scanned/photographed and emailed (directors@maxwelton-lachlan.com).

  • The application deposit can be mailed with the application or paid by credit card.

  • Each Maxwelton camper’s tuition balance is due by July 10th. Like the deposit, it can either be mailed or paid by credit card, below.

Venmo payment is now available! @Lee-McLaughlin-22 (phone verification: 0522).

• Medical Form

  • This form is required for all campers. Once completed, it can be physically mailed (946 Walkers Creek Road, Rockbridge Baths, VA 24473) or scanned/photographed and emailed (directors@maxwelton-lachlan.com).

• Canoe Trip Form

  • This off-campus trip is open to 13 and 14 year old campers. If your son is interested, please complete this form. There is an $80 extra fee for this special trip. The form can then be physically mailed (946 Walkers Creek Road, Rockbridge Baths, VA 24473) or scanned/photographed and emailed (directors@maxwelton-lachlan.com).
