  • Maxwelton Application

    • Please print this application and fill it out in dark ink. It can then be physically mailed (946 Walkers Creek Road, Rockbridge Baths, VA 24473) or scanned/photographed and emailed (directors@maxwelton-lachlan.com).

    • The application deposit can be mailed with the application or paid by credit card.

    • Each Maxwelton camper’s tuition balance is due by July 10th. Like the deposit, it can either be mailed or paid by credit card, below.

Applicable only if BOTH application and deposit are completed before December 31 deadline. Does not include deposit. This balance is due before camp begins unless arrangements have been made with the directors.

2027 Tuition Balance (no "EARLY BIRD") after deposit (after January 1, 2027)
$4,475.00

Does not include deposit. Balance is due by the opening of camp.

  • Medical Form

    • This form is required for all campers. Once completed, it can be physically mailed (946 Walkers Creek Road, Rockbridge Baths, VA 24473) or scanned/photographed and emailed (directors@maxwelton-lachlan.com).

  • Canoe Trip Form

    • This off-campus trip is open to 13 and 14 year old campers. If your son is interested, please complete this form. There is an $85 extra fee for this special trip. The form can then be physically mailed (946 Walkers Creek Road, Rockbridge Baths, VA 24473) or scanned/photographed and emailed (directors@maxwelton-lachlan.com).

  • Scholarship Application

    • If you are interested in a scholarship, the form can be downloaded in WORD format. Please fill in on your computer or print this form and fill it out in dark ink. It can then be physically mailed (The Maxwelton and Lachlan Foundation, 310 South Jefferson Street, Lexington VA 24450) or electronically emailed (scans or photographs also and option) to maxwelton.lachlan@gmail.com .
